MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Big O Tires location in Missouri. You will supervise store operations, drive sales, and help staff deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include opening/closing, inventory support, and assisting in financials and reporting.

The role requires 18+, a valid driver’s license, and prior retail or automotive experience. A strong team player with leadership and communication skills is essential.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain state Motor Vehicle Inspection license within one year.
• Previous experience in retail or automotive sales or service.
• Ability to learn concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers and staff to deliver positive experiences.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of location per store hours.
• Oversee operations including service, sales, shop and office duties.
• Explain benefits of services and products to customers.
• Assist in training and execution of company programs and procedures.
• Support store manager with financials, inventory, and reports.
• Monitor employee productivity and assist in payroll objectives.
• Attend weekly meetings to review safety, policies, and product changes.
