Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training, combining virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will be supported by a district leader, HR partner, training store manager, and your store manager coach as you grow into leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store team as part of the SMIT program.
• Participate in structured 16-week self-paced training.
• Engage with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.
• Promote CVS values and policies while building a customer‑focused store culture.
