CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16‑week, self-paced, collaborative training combines virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Successful SMIT participants engage with leadership experiences to progress toward promotion, with valuable exposure to CVS policies, while maintaining the flexible plan to work across

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or experience as CVS Supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
