The program features 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred four-year degree and retail management experience.

• Support merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
