CVS Health in Centreville, AL is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program blends virtual and hands-on learning to build leadership skills over a 16-week, self-paced training plan.

As an SMIT you will engage with your district leader and store leadership, master merchandising, customer service, and inventory control, and prepare to lead a CVS store in your market.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Retail management experience or experience as CVS Supervisor considered.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a 16-week, self-paced training to become a CVS Store Manager.
• Develop leadership skills through virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from leaders.
• Engage with district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.
• Lead in merchandising, customer service, and store inventory management.
