CVS Health in Auburn, AL, is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The 16‑week program blends virtual and hands‑on learning with coaching from district leaders, HR partners, and store managers to prepare you for progressive leadership.

You’ll gain experience in customer care, merchandising strategy, inventory and asset management while working a full‑time schedule (~45 hours/week).
