Job summary

The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) at CVS Health is a development focused program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. Over 16 weeks, you will participate in self-paced, collaborative training with guidance from your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

We provide both virtual and hands-on experiences to grow you as a leader, with anticipated weekly hours around 45.

Qualifications

• Willingness to promote to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market.
• Ability to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required or relevant work experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
