Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Able to read and match numbers quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Spanish language abilities are highly desired.
• Completed O’Reilly management training program and ASE certification are valued.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail store operations and teams.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, and discipline staff with management.
• Communicate information from meetings to team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring tasks and participate in interviews.
• Support store manager with safety compliance and training.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Monitor gross profit components and KPI dashboard daily.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and discuss opportunities.
