Job summary

Buckle in Olympia, WA is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager with sales, merchandising, and daily operations, including cashiering, merchandise displays, registers, and store cleanliness. You will work directly with the Leadership Team to drive sales and recruit Teammates.

The role is part-time with pay range $18-$22 per hour plus commission on sales, and Buckle offers health plans, a 401(k) match, paid time off, teammate discounts, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Retail experience or training preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or coach others.

Responsibilities

• Support store management with daily operations and training.
