Job summary

Buckle in Tacoma is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership across merchandising and operations.

The role includes a base rate with commission on sales, Health, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and other benefits. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Recruit and train Teammates; lead by example.
• Maintain a clean, shoppable store and execute POS procedures.
