Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is looking for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support sales, merchandising and daily store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates and provide strong leadership.

Pay range is $16-$21 per hour with base rate plus commission for sales. Full-time benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, HSA/FSAs, and paid time off; eligibility varies by status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months retail experience or training preferred.

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
