Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and daily store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will lead by example, recruit new teammates, and contribute to creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. This role combines leadership with hands-on duties across sales and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead sales generation, guest service and store presentation according to management direction.
• Recruit new Teammates and develop leadership capabilities within the team.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and execute store operations tasks.
