Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Bellingham, WA seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help fulfill our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will handle sales, merchandising, and store operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team, including recruiting Teammates and developing leadership within the team.

Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus 3% commission on sales; benefits for full-time teammates cover health, retirement, time off, and more.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices
• Meet or exceed performance standards in Buckle business metrics
• Build and maintain guest relationships to develop a client-based business
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service
• Collaborate with management to recruit and develop Teammates
