Job summary

Buckle in Washington is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader for a part-time role. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under store management, and work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit Teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months retail experience or training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with sales, merchandising and operations.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet standards.
• Lead by example in customer service and sales performance.
• Maintain visual standards and organize the sales floor.
