Job summary

Buckle in Tacoma, WA is hiring for a Leader in Training and Floor Leader. You will perform a mix of sales, merchandising and store operations tasks, collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales and recruit new Teammates.

The role pays a base rate plus commission with a pay range of $18–$22 per hour. Buckle offers comprehensive benefits, time off, and a 401(k) plan, with opportunities for growth within Store Leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example in sales generation and guest service across the store.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s accountability and sales standards.
• Support Store Manager and Leadership Team in daily operations and store presentation.
