Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader in California to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

You will lead by example in guest service, help recruit teammates, and ensure product displays, registers, and store cleanliness meet Buckle's standards. The position offers a pay range of $17-$20 per hour, with base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise and assist guests to find items.
• Lead by example in sales, presentation, and customer care to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation and guest service across the store.
• Recruitment, training, and development of Teammates.
• Visual merchandising management and store operations.
• Supervisory and leadership duties as part of the leadership team.
