Job summary

Buckle in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support sales, merchandising and daily store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership on a part-time, on-site basis.

The role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and teamwork, with responsibilities ranging from greeting Guests and assisting with merchandise to executing POS procedures and loss prevention

Qualifications

• Retail experience may be required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop Teammates.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and deliver legendary service.
• Assist Guests with questions, product location, and fashion advice.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests.
• Support store priorities in merchandising, displays and loss prevention.
• Lead by example in showing showmanship and teamwork with the Manager and Leaders.
• Execute POS procedures accurately and efficiently.
