Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, lead by example, and deliver an outstanding guest experience across the store. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role encompasses training in store operations, merchandising, and customer service, with opportunities to mentor others and attain leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Customer service and sales aptitude are essential.
• Ability to stand and perform in a retail setting with periodic lifting.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist guests with product questions and merchandise locations.
• Support sales goals through personal and team performance.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and uphold Buckle's sales standards.
• Participate in leadership and training activities as needed.
