Job summary

Buckle in Piqua, OH is seeking a part-time Leader in Training and Floor Leader to enhance the guest shopping experience. You will perform sales and merchandising tasks, assist with leadership duties, and work closely with store management to recruit and develop teammates.

The role requires flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Prior retail or leadership experience is a plus; high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teammates in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver legendary service to drive sales.
