Job summary

Buckle in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader for a part-time, on-site role. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach teammates, and maintain exceptional guest experiences across the sales floor and fitting rooms.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and retail exposure; leadership aptitude and strong customer-service skills are essential for daily operations, merchandising, and loss-prevention awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with guests; ability to drive sales and represent Buckle’s brand.
• Comfort with leading teammates and influencing store presentation and operations.

Responsibilities
