Job summary

Buckle in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Part-Time Store Leadership role to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, greet guests, assist with displays, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

This position emphasizes leadership development, recruiting and training teammates, achieving sales goals, overseeing daily operations, and upholding Buckle's policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; assist in locating items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and upsell; maintain knowledge of promotions and policies.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high client-service standards.
• Recruiting, training, and developing Teammates; balance leadership responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store; follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
