Buckle in Farmington, NM is seeking a Leader in Training / Floor Leader to help deliver a top shopping experience. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, including cashiering, displays, and store cleanliness, while working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will recruit and develop teammates, drive sales, and lead by example with strong customer service and product knowledge. This is a full-time, on-site role in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach teammates.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with questions, merchandise selection, and locating items.
• Help develop sales through product knowledge and upselling opportunities.
• Demonstrate store products and promotions to guests and teammates.
• Maintain store standards and participate in training and onboarding.
