Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader at the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills, MI. The role combines sales, merchandising and operations to create an exceptional guest experience, working closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales and lead Teammates.

As a full-time on-site position, you will recruit and train new Teammates, maintain visual standards, manage daily tasks, and uphold Buckle’s standards in service, loss prevention, and policy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates.
• Basic merchandising and Loss Prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver legendary service across the sales floor.
• Assist in product knowledge, promotions, exchanges, and POS procedures.
• Recruit and train Teammates, foster a positive floor culture.
• Maintain visual standards, zone ownership, and merchandise displays.
• Support store leadership in operations, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Lead by example with strong showmanship and customer engagement.
