Job summary

CVS Health is introducing the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced program blends virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

This full-time program focuses on leadership development, customer service, merchandising, and store operations, with promotion to store manager contingent on performance and openings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in learning experiences to support growth towards promotion.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values.
• Engage colleagues in supporting the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market and transfer to CVS stores as needed.
