This full-time role emphasizes associate development, excellent service, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety while supporting a busy convenience store network in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is High School diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in retail, guest service or restaurant settings preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team; train, schedule and coach.
• Monitor product levels on the floor and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support daily store operations.
