CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program spans 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on learning to prepare you for store leadership.

As part of the SMIT, you will work with a district leader and store leadership to gain experience in merchandising, customer care, inventory control, and store profitability. Participation supports career growth toward management roles within CVS Health.

Formación

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in retail management or CVS supervision preferred.
• Ability to drive merchandising and store metrics.

• Support the SMIT program development and progression.
• Assist in leading store operations, on-boarding and merchandising.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute promotions and customer service excellence.
• Help manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs.
