Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training support.
• Maintain a safe, organized store environment and enforce policies.
• Execute merchandising, operational, and visual standards; perform other duties as assigned.
