Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heart and soul of our brand, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a team, manage daily operations, and uphold Lids' standards in merchandising, training, and store performance. This role emphasizes people leadership, scheduling, and achieving KPIs with a focus on growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints when Store Manager absent.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting; follow-up in the Manager's absence.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings when the Store Manager is absent.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and adherence to brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store and inform when extra coverage is needed.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
