Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.

• Monitor local market conditions and advise on adjustments to stay competitive.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Communicate weekly updates and key milestones to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to inventory, product handling, and cash controls.
