Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Experience in retail management or supervising staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing action plans to improve store results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to develop the team.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage at all times.
• Manage stock levels and product ordering to ensure availability.
• Support interviewing and onboarding of new store personnel.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash controls are followed.
