Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in California to direct all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team across both perishable and non-perishable departments.

You’ll ensure safety, compliance, and premier customer service while maintaining strong store performance. You will manage approximately ten department managers and receivers, coaching them to deliver results, improve processes, and uphold inventory integrity with attention to detail and a focus on

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business-related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to lead both perishable and non-perishable departments with integrity, including P&L, safety, staffing, and merchandising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping/accounting software; experience with HR systems is a plus.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety certification required.
