Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.

• 1-3 years of retail experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record leading non-perishable and perishable department operations with P&L, safety, staffing, and merchandising.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping/accounting tools; ability to adapt to HR software.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations and drive sales while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Lead a team of around ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Manage inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets and optimize store performance.
• Communicate policy changes, initiatives, and product knowledge to staff and partners.
