Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Respond professionally and clearly to customers, explaining solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
