Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or cash handling, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. The position requires travel within the district and working assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have own reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and process transactions per policy.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or in person and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required trainings.
• Support store operations and travel to other stores as needed.
