Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old and able to lift 60 pounds.
• Experience leading perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L responsibility.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations and drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead ~10 department managers and receivers with integrity and care.
• Ensure safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards are met.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Provide coaching and development for store leadership.
