Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Round Rock, TX. You will direct all store operations, lead a team of Department Managers and Receivers, and drive sales while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service focus, and the ability to manage inventory and staff performance. You will motivate teams, ensure excellent customer experiences, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a related degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success leading perishable and non-perishable dept operations including P&L, safety, staffing, training, and merchandising.
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software; ability to manage schedules and payroll tasks.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety certification required.
• Able to lift 60 pounds and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct all business processes at the assigned Sprouts store.
• Lead a team of Department Managers and Receivers (approx. ten people).
• Drive store sales, team engagement, and customer advocacy.
• Ensure safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards.
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, and backroom organization.
• Communicate policies, initiatives, and product knowledge to teams.
• Support leadership development and performance reviews.
• Address emergencies and resolve issues with urgency.
