Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead all store operations, ensuring top customer service and compliance with safety and quality standards. You will guide a team of about ten managers and receivers, drive P&L ownership, and execute programs to boost sales and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining superb store presentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising or related field preferred.
• Successful leadership of department operations with integrity, including safety, sanitation, staffing, training and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations and drive sales, efficiency, and customer service.
• Lead a team of approx. ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Manage inventory, labor, expenses and meet sales targets.
