Men's Wearhouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and operational excellence. You will coach staff, recruit and train team members, and ensure a top-notch customer experience across daily operations.

You will lead by example, communicate priorities, and support store initiatives to maximize business performance while maintaining brand standards. A strong customer focus and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
