Job summary

Men's Wearhouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and store operations. You will coach and develop the team, recruit and train staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across daily store activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on inclusive, high-performing teams in a retail environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
Creative with good judgement and tuned into the pulse of the business.
Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
