Men's Wearhouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading store staff to meet sales and service goals. The role emphasizes coaching, developing a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will participate in recruitment, training, and scheduling to ensure store success and an inclusive, engaging workplace.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned into the pulse of the business.
Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training store team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Provide active coaching to develop a selling environment and drive performance.
Support in creating scheduled staffing and ensuring proper coverage for initiatives and customer service.
Lead by example and communicate priorities and sales-driving information to the team.
Contribute to an inclusive store environment and ongoing development of staff.
