Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Athens, TN. You will lead daily store operations, manage a team, and drive customer financial services while ensuring compliance and security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes standing up to 90% of the time; able to move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform duties outside of the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Meet company performance standards by leveraging partnerships and hosting events.
• Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, and vault management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local, state, and federal laws.
