Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Savannah, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers through financial services and drive store performance. You’ll lead a team, manage accounts, and ensure compliance while gaining hands-on experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in customer service, and some supervisory exposure. You’ll train, handle daily operations, and participate in in-store and community events with a full-time schedule including

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands described (standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform on-site duties including store errands and external marketing.
• Support leadership in achieving performance standards and hosting in-store events.
• Maintain store security and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governing laws; assist with audits and reporting.
• Orderliness of store appearance and scheduling maintenance as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
