CCF Family of Brands in Eastridge, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with financial services while gaining hands-on leadership experience. You will drive account management, customer outreach, and risk management in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and related computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service focus.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Perform duties outside the office as needed, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Work to meet Company performance standards through partnerships, referrals, and community events.
• Maintain store security protocols and manage vault and cash drawer opening/closing.
