Job summary

Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Paris, TN seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support customers, lead store operations, and drive growth. You will manage accounts, engage in risk-aware transactions, and coach staff in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service or retail, with supervisory experience and strong communication. Expect a full-time, in-person schedule with opportunities across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary products.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Work a full-time schedule including weekends and on-site duties.
