Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Dickson, TN location (Check Into Cash). This role involves leading store operations, supporting customers with financial services, and driving sales, risk management, and customer outreach while growing leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. Background checks are conducted in accordance with applicable law.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service to prevent loss.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Perform duties outside of the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Work to meet company performance standards by leveraging partnerships and hosting in-store events.
• Maintain store security and manage opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws; conduct audits and compile reports.
