Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the store manager, as needed.
• Leads and develops store personnel, communicating responsibilities and performance expectations to achieve results.
• Assists the store manager with action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Trains and develops store personnel using company-provided training materials.
• Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures and maintains a safe working environment.
