Responsibilities

• Oversees the resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Communicates duties and performance expectations; leads staff development.
• Assists with action plans to improve operations and development.
• Leads store tours during interviews and provides hiring recommendations.
• Trains staff using company materials and ensures policy compliance.
• Prepares weekly schedules and manages staffing for the store.
• Maintains merchandising standards and operates the POS accurately.
• Supports curbside and in-store pickup processes and cash handling.
