Qualifications

• Lead and develop store personnel; communicate duties and performance expectations.
• Assist in developing and implementing plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Conduct store tours during interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, scheduling procedures, and expense controls.
