Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Leads and develops store personnel and communicates performance expectations.
• Participates in action plans to improve operations and personnel development.
• Assists in hiring, onboarding, and interviewing events.
• Maintains adherence to policies, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Schedules staff and controls labor costs according to plans.
• Ensures accurate POS operations and curbside order processes.
• Supports KPI achievement and store profitability through daily oversight.
