Responsibilities

• Oversees store personnel performance and resolves concerns with the store manager.

• Leads interviews and provides hiring recommendations.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and trains staff.
• Maintains scheduling, inventory, and cash handling practices.
• Drives KPI achievement and monitors competitive environment.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance; fosters teamwork and positive environment.
• Manages curbside pickup, POS processes, and merchandising execution.
• Performs general cleaning and other duties as assigned.
